Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, payment methods and delivery options. At this time you will also be sent a confirmation by e-mail re-stating the details for your records. This e-mail does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contact of purchase.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a second e-mail from us with your tracking reference number. You can track the progress of your delivery using a unique tracking reference number to the courier's website. .
We ship from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) after the receipt of the payment. The delivery cost for Dubai is 25 AED incl. VAT for orders under 200 AED incl. VAT
FREE DELIVERY OVER 200 AED
We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders of 200 AED incl. VAT or more. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in Dubai. Free Shipping will be applied automatically to all orders with 200 AED incl. VAT minimum purchase. The estimated delivery time for Dubai is 1-7 business days.

Terms of delivery of oversized products
Any product designated as such on the site by means of a marker positioned above the price of the product is considered an oversized product. These are products that are heavy or bulky and are delivered in separate packages.
They are charged according to the courier company's tariff and are at the expense of the buyer. Billable weight is the greater of the volumetric and actual weight of the package. For shipments with a weight (actual or volumetric) over 50 kg. an additional "Heavy Package" fee applies.
In the event that there is a product marked as oversized in your order, you will be additionally informed about the cost of delivery by our sales assistant.
The shipping cost of the oversized product is not included in the order’s total amount.
TRADING LLC reserves the rights to extend the delivery with 7 days without informing the Customer.
Customer should check the items once delivered to check for damages (broken material) and sign they received the item in good condition. Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your products. If you are not able to collect and sign on the couriers first visit, the courier will makes two additional attempts at delivery. If delivery is not successful they will return the products to us and ELMARK TRADING LLC reserve the rights to retain amounts paid by the Customer. ELMARK TRADE Ltd. reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
When unfounded refusal by the Customer, ELMARK TRADING LLC reserve the right to retain the paid amounts.
ELMARK TRADING LLC is not responsible in case of incorrect shipping details, or delay of the delivery because of a couriers fault. Our partner carrier company is in control of their own schedule and we have no influence on the exact delivery date and time of your parcel.
