WARRANTY


All products in ELMARK TRADING LLC website store have a legal guarantee under the current low and trade policy of the store. The products are brand new in an original package. The warranty of any products can be checked on the products webpage.

The customer can not use the warranty in the following cases:
- In an attempt to repair the product
- Damage because of incorrect exploitation
- Spoiling the integrity of the product
- Lost a purchase document (receipt or invoice)
- Lost warranty card
- The warranty does not cover damage from: moisture, flood, fire, natural disaster, breaking, scratches, dust, burning and other incorrect actions.

The warranty does not cover the components of the products with limited warranty life: batteries, supplies and e.t.

If any failures in the outer appearance of the products occur during the shipping, the customer shall contact the courier company for a damaged shipment.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS HOME APPLIANCES

General conditions

1. These warranty conditions apply to electrical appliances from the "White Goods" section of the ELMARK brand, purchased by dealers for distribution and resale and by consumers for personal, non-professional and non-commercial use.

2. The conditions described apply to defects apparently caused by faults in manufacture or operation, within the stated "Standard Warranty Period" or "Standard + Extended Warranty Period" in cases where the warranty has been extended officially on www.elmarkholding.eu within 30 days of purchase.

3. Warranty liability shall not be accepted for defects caused by shipping damage for which we are not responsible, improper installation and assembly, improper use, including cases where the appliance has been used outside the home, with poor maintenance or failure to follow operating or installation instructions.

4. Warranty claims will not be honored for breakable items such as glass or decorative parts, nor consumables such as light bulbs, accessories, rubber seals, and others with organic service life. Warranty liability is not triggered by minor differences in nominal characteristics that do not affect the functions and intended suitability of the appliance. Warranty conditions do not apply to damage caused by chemical or electrochemical action or by extreme natural conditions and unsuitable operating conditions of the appliance, damage caused by excessively low or excessively high voltage, damage caused by force majeure or natural disasters - fires, floods, earthquakes, thunderstorms, etc., as well as damage caused by cockroaches, mice or other animals.


5. We reserve the right to cancel the guarantee:

a) If repairs or other interventions have been carried out by persons not authorised by us to do so, or if the appliance has been repaired with non-original spare parts, extras or accessories.

b) There is a discrepancy between the appliance data (the appliance data plate which is on the appliance itself) and the purchased document, or a lack of appliance data.

c) Provided that the defect has not occurred in normal consumer (domestic) use, in accordance with the purposes for which the product was designed and in accordance with its instructions for use and operation. The definition of consumer (domestic) use excludes the use of the product for commercial purposes and/or professional activity.

d) In the case of a forged, incomplete or incorrectly completed warranty card containing illegible information for each of the listed details, without exception.

e) In case of loss of the warranty card, we have the right to refuse warranty service. A lost warranty card will not be reissued.

Submitting a

1. The complaint shall be made by the end customer orally or in writing to the trader from whom the goods were purchased directly.

2. The trader is obliged to assist the end customer with information and contact details of the serialisation companies with which we have a signed contract for the country or region concerned. For areas where we do not have a service contract, the customer may select a service company of their choice. The customer may also select a service company of his choice in the event of undue delay of the service company with which we have a contract. Regardless of the service company that will perform the warranty repair, the customer is required to provide the dealer with a quote for coordination and approval for the repair amount.

3. After submitting the repair offer, the trader must forward it to his direct ELMARK service trader for agreement.

4. After agreeing to the amount of the repair offer, ELMARK will cover it directly to the service company after the repair is completed. If we do not agree with the repair offer, we will undertake the repair or replace the appliance with a new one.
In this case:
a) The Merchant submits the claim by filing a claim from the "Claims" section through his account on the E-business platform at www.elmarkholding.eu.

b) When submitting the claim via the E-business platform, the trader is obliged to describe in detail the reason for the claim, as well as to attach photos or a video to support this reason, as well as a proof of purchase and a carefully completed warranty card.

c) After acceptance of the claim by ELMARK, the defective product shall be repaired or replaced directly to the customer with the assistance of the retailer. The method of replacement will be as follows:
- Upon receipt of the defective product at the retailer's facility, the retailer must arrange for transportation to the ELMARK servicing office from which it receives its goods, at ELMARK's expense.
- Upon receipt of the product at a central warehouse, we will ship the new or refurbished product at our expense to the same office from which the merchant regularly receives merchandise.
- After receiving the new product, the trader hands it over to the end customer

*We reserve the right, in the event of a finding of wilful damage, unauthorised repair, modification or misuse, in the cases described in the terms and conditions, to refuse to renew the product with a new one or to claim the cost of transport.

 

EXTENDED WARRANTY
 

Extended warranty

!!! These terms are for end customers, which are using the product for its purpose and not buying it for a trade purpose. Extended warranty conditions are not valid for partners and distributors with which elмаrk has trade contracts.

The extended warranty is valid for all products with ELMARK trademark, presented in our catalogues ELMARK lighting and ELMARK electrical, available for downloading at www.elmarkholding.eu and have no label limited offer/until supplies last

Users who want to use the extended warranty must:

-have purchased ELMARK product after 01.12.2017

-to register the purchase at https://uae.elmarkstore.eu/extended-warranty by fill in all the requested fields and push send button.

-to make registration up to 14 days after the buying date

Extended warranty has same conditions as standard warranty.

The warranty is valid just in case if the information provided during registration is correct, and received by ELMARK

After registration of the buying, user will receive email with a unique number, which confirms registration.

With requesting of the claim within frameworks of extended warranty, the user must present document for the product purchase, email-confirmation of the registration for extended warranty and claimed product itself.

Only the buyer can use the extended warranty.

No one such as representative, distributor or dealer doesnt have right to change, modify or extend the standard or extended warranty conditions on behalf of ELMARK, no matter of the reasons.

ELMARK offers a 10 years standard production warranty. For this product the option of extended warranty is not applied.

ELMARK offers a 7 years standard production warranty. For this product the option of extended warranty is not applied. When the purchased product is for industrial usage, its warranty is 3 years.
